Demi Moore cougar goddess

Demi Moore, who split from Ashton Kutcher after sex years of marriage, is back in the arms of another much younger man, it has been revealed. According to sources, the 50-year-old actress has been quietly spending time with Vito Schnabel, the dapper art dealer son of star painter Julian, who, at 26, is about half her age.

Moore and Schnabel first got cozy as guests at Naomi Campbell’s over-the-top 50th birthday party earlier this month for billionaire boyfriend Vladimir Doronin in Jodhpur, India.

“They were dancing and grinding all over each other, openly, in front of other guests,” the New York Post quoted a spy as saying.

Since the bash in early November, a source has said that the “wildly age-inappropriate pair” have been “quietly spending time together.”

Husband catches wife with GPS

A female teacher is the latest to be accused of being involved in a student-teacher sex scandal. Teacher Amie Neely is said to have been caught by her husband having sex with a 16 year old student in a parking lot.

The 16-year-old boy told police he drove Neely to a secluded area by St. Lucie West Centennial High School and parked. He got in the back seat and put a condom on before Neely also got in the back seat.

As they were having intercourse, Neely’s husband walked up about 10 a.m. Saturday and discovered them. Amie Neely’s husband became suspicious of her and decided to use the GPS through her cellphone to track her whereabouts.

The 16-year-old boy said he and Neely at first started exchanging text messages “referencing sexual connotations.” He said he went in her bedroom while her husband went to work one day and they had sex for the first time.
He said that a short time later, they again had sex in her bedroom. Further, he said they went to an area near Centennial High and had sex in her car “during their affair.”

Neely, meanwhile, told police the 16-year-old boy kept asking her for sex. Noting “midlife crisis” feelings, Neely thought if she had sex with the teen he would stop asking.

According to police, Amie Neely blamed “midlife crisis” which caused her behavior and stated the teen kept asking her about sex and she felt that if she agreed, he would stop asking her.

The student told police that the two had multiple sexual encounters including at her home while the husband was away, which Amie Neely denied.

Former teacher and cheerleader accepts plea deal

A former high school English teacher who moonlighted as a Cincinnati Ben-Gal cheerleader will accept a plea deal on charges she had sex with an underage student.

Jones was indicted in March on charges of first-degree sexual abuse and unlawful use of electronic means to induce a minor to engage in sexual or other prohibited acts. Police say the charges stem from an investigation that began in November at Dixie Heights High School in Edgewood, Ky.

In July, Jones appeared on "Good Morning America," to address the allegations. "People don't know the real me. There's blogs and postings out there that I have slept with numerous people. I married my high school sweetheart," she said. "I just asked the general public to maybe hold their judgment a little bit longer until the truth comes out."

Meanwhile her ex-husband “devastated” by the betrayal, his family told the Daily News.

I want to dance with you

Kimberly Sauto, 34-year-old tap dancing teacher from Summit County, Ohio, who was found guilty in Januaray of unlawful sexual conduct with a 15-year-old, has been sentenced to one year in prison.

Sauto, a married mother of two, told investigators that she was in love the North Ridgeville, Ohio boy whom she’d met at her own tap dancing class. Sauto claimed that she had kissed the victim and communicated with him on a regular basis, but that she never performed sex acts on boy or had sexual intercourse with him. The victim testified otherwise. telling investigators The two had sex several times. Presiding Judge Judy Howell said that Sauto “continued to have sexual fantasies about the victim” and admitted to “pleasuring herself” during the fantasies as late as Feb. 10 after she was reported to cops. Sauto was turned in by her husband who found condoms in his wife’s dance bag, and text messages between her and the victim, who he knew was a student in Sauto’s tap dancing class.

Sauto, who has two young sons, wept in court as she was sentenced having been found guilty of one count of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.

The victim and his family were not in court for Sauto’s sentencing but in a letter read by Victim Services worker Maureen Vos, the boy’s mother asked the judge to impose the harshest sentence provided by law.
Under Ohio sentencing law, the maximum penalty for Sauto’s third-degree felony conviction is five years. Summit County Assistant Prosecutor Aaron Howell asked Common Pleas Judge Judy Hunter for a four-year sentence, noting that Sauto gave alcohol to the boy in the time leading up to the offense. Sauto was only sentenced to one year as she was a first-time offender with no previous run-ins with the law.

Immoral acts with a boy and house pet.. gross

K. Lindsey, 44-year-old CDC exec from Atlanta, Georgia, was arrested in October 2011 along with her live-in boyfriend, 42-year-old Thomas Westerman for allegedly molesting a six-year-old boy. In addition to accusations of engaging in ‘immoral and indecent’ sex acts with a a six-year-old boy, Lindsay may also be facing a bestiality charge.

Investigation started after a medical professional tipped off police on Aug 24th to the allegations and after investigations police got evidence of two separeate incidents, first happened in Jan. 2010 and the second, more recent on Aug. 22. Investigation revealed the boy was involved in various sexual acts including spanking Lindsey and using a sex toy on her. During the investigation into the alleged molestation, authorities uncovered evidence Dr. Lindsey may have committed bestiality, as police found photographs of Lindsey performing sexual acts on two pets, but have released no further details regarding the bestiality charge.

Lindsey, who holds a Ph.D. in immunology, had worked as a senior researcher in the CDC’s bioterrorism program, where she oversaw the re-allocation of $1.5 billion in funds. She later switched to the centers’ HIV/AIDS prevention unit, according her professional bio. Westerman started working for the CDC in January 2011 as a night watchman but was promoted to a resource management specialist in August.

How Melanie Sykes met younger boy on twitter

British TV presenter Melanie Sykes, 41, has sent a string of sexually charged messages on social networking site Twitter to her new beau Jack Cockings, 26, openly sharing lusty details of the couple's exploits. Sykes has two children, Roman, 10, and seven-year-old Valentino, from her marriage to Italian actor Daniel Caltagirone, which ended in 2009.

Melanie met her latest boyfriend Jack from the microblogging platform twitter this month. It seems the couple have wasted no time in getting acquainted.

In one of the racy posts she tweeted that she had 'the giddiest knickers of my life' and told Jack: 'I've got the raging horn, please take me'.

In another, smitten Melanie wrote: 'Jack the rabbit I need some bunny love so hop to it!! Xxx boing boing!!! Loooooool xxxxxxx'.

The mother-of-two, who is known for fronting family-friendly shows told Jack: ‘My white jeans can't take it anymore gonna have to rip these babies off! X’ and ‘my throat is inflamed can you help? : )’.

Melanie, who once dated Bros singer Matt Goss and actor Max Beesley, married Italian actor Caltagirone in 2001. The couple divorced in 2009.

In 2012 she was dating personal trainer Craig Eleftheriou, who is 13 years younger than her.

Party Mom

Anna Ackerman pleaded no contest Wednesday to charges that she sexually assaulted a “severely intoxicated” boy at her home three years ago — and this time her plea is final.

A judge sentenced Ackerman, 45, to 4 to 10 years in state prison for performing sex acts on the 15-year-old boy during a party she hosted in Mount Joy. Numerous teenagers attended the party on June 16, 2009, according to court testimony.

Ackerman last year withdrew a guilty plea. She was scheduled to go to trial Tuesday morning but instead decided to plead no contest to the charges.

The victim and his parents watched as Ackerman was handcuffed and taken to prison. They were in agreement with the plea deal, according to testimony.

Ackerman wept and spoke softly while answering questions during the hearing. She declined to provide an explanation for her actions when asked by Lancaster County President Judge Joseph Madenspacher.

She pleaded no contest to two felony sex crimes and a misdemeanor. (A defendant who pleads no contest denies guilt but admits the facts on which the charges were based).

Assistant District Attorney Susan Ellison outlined the crimes this way:

Ackerman hosted a party for her teenage daughter and the daughter’s friends at her home on South Barbara Street. Teens between the ages 15 and 18 were drinking at the party.

The victim, then 15, became “severely intoxicated” and, at some point, took a shower. When he got out of the shower, Ackerman dried him off and helped him into her bed.

Ackerman performed oral sex on the boy and had sex with him three times during the night.

A partygoer recorded some of the crimes with a cellphone camera, according to investigators.

Madenspacher told the woman she would have to register as a Megan’s Law offender for the rest of her life.

“I understand you have reluctance to admit to these things,” he told Ackerman while explaining the no contest plea.

Defense attorney Cory Miller arranged the plea deal with prosecutors before jury selection on Tuesday morning.

“She understands she has a long way to go,” Miller told the judge. “She’s ready to accept responsibility.”

Is that incest or a loving family ?

A woman, A. Billiris, 23-year-old woman from Spring, Texas, has been accused of engaging in sex with her 15-year-old nephew. She was arrested after relatives caught in the act by relatives on Thanksgiving Day.

Miss Brillis has been charged with sexual assault of a child, a second-degree felony. Police arrested her after relatives said they witnessed her having sexual intercourse with her brother’s son, the arrest report states. According to the Texas Penal Code, if convicted, she faces between two to 20 years in prison.

Caught caught caught

Felicia Rickett, 22-year-old woman from Cookeville, Tennessee, has pleaded guilty to engaging in sex with a 16-year-old boy. As a result, she will be on probation for two years.

Last summer police officers received allegations that young boys and others had been smoking marijuana in a N. Dixie Avenue residence. When they went there to investigate, they found Rickett in bed in a middle of a sex act with the boy. Once in custody, Rickett admitted to detectives she had been having sexual relations with the teen for about six months, and charges were filed against her last July. In exchange for Rickett’s guilty plea, a two-year sentence for statutory rape was suspended.

Rickett will be on judicial diversion probation for a period of two years and must be on the state’s sex offender registry during that time, Craighead said.

As part of the agreement, Rickett is required to be gainfully employed, to pay the “sex offender tax/fine” required in state law, to notify authorities of any change in her residential address or employment, and to pay probation supervision fees and court costs.

Mother of two sentenced

McIntyre, 44-year-old mother-of-two and teacher’s assistant at Centennial High School, Urbana, Illinois, has pleaded guilty to criminal sexual abuse in accordance with a plea agreement specifying she will serve two years of probation.

The allegations against McIntyre, of 2400 block of North Neil Street, Champaign, came to light in February 2010 when the boy’s parents found text messages of a sexual nature on his cell phone. The teen, a student at Centennial, told police that McIntyre was to tutor him and that on at least two occasions last month picked him up at his home and drove him to her apartment. On Jan. 31, after studying, they moved to her bedroom to watch a movie. There, she allegedly performed a sex act on him. Afterwards she sent him text messages of a sexual nature, which his parents found on the phone.

McIntyre pleaded guilty in the end of the November 2011 before Judge Tom Difanis to criminal sexual abuse, a Class 4 felony. She admitted that in January she committed a sex act in her apartment with a 17-year-old male student.

McIntyre will now have to undergo a sex offender evaluation and depending on what it shows, the judge will confirm or reject the plea agreement entered into by her attorney. She’ll have to register as a sex offender. A more serious felony charge of aggravated criminal sexual abuse will be dismissed if the judge confirms her sentence at a Feb. 6 hearing.

Are all softball players lesbians ?

A 35-year-old former gym teacher and softball coach at Haywood High School, Brownsville, Tennessee, pleaded guilty in in Madison County Circuit Court and was sentenced for engaging in sex with a 14-year-old girl.

Franks received a sentence of two years on each count of aggravated statutory rape and two years for coercion of a witness. The combined effective sentence was six years. But based on the plea agreement, which was approved and recommended to the District Attorney’s Office by the girl’s family, Franks is already eligible for release after serving a little more than nine months in jail. The terms of the agreement resulted in Franks pleading guilty to three counts of aggravated statutory rape and entering a best-interest plea to coercion of a witness.

Upon her release, Franks will be placed on supervised probation for six years and must register as a sex offender.

Franks was a gym teacher and coached softball and cross-country at Haywood High when she was indicted in Brownsville in March 2011 on 19 charges involving abuse of the 14-year-old girl between November and December 2010. The Haywood County indictment included five counts of statutory rape by an authority figure, five counts of aggravated statutory rape and nine counts of sexual battery by an authority figure. All of the charges involved the same female student, according to the indictment.

Based on the investigation, between November 2010 and February 2011, Franks had sex with the girl in Franks’ home in the 200 block of Maddox Drive. Franks was the teen’s teacher and coach at the time, police said. Franks also persuaded the teen to provide false information about their relationship, which prompted the additional coercion of a witness charge, Jackson police said.

Update from a previous post:

L. Szmuc, 44-year-old woman from Orlando, Florida, has been sentenced to four years in prison after convictions on charges of lewd battery and molestation of a 13-year-old boy.Szmuc was arrested in April 2011 after the boy told his mother Lori Szmuc had forced him to have sex with her after playing a game similar to hide and seek called man hunt at her house on December 31, 2010.

According to the boy, Szmuc hid with him, touched him inappropriately and kissed him on the lips. Later she asked him to pretend to be her boyfriend, according to the arrest report. Szmuc also told the boy he had to ‘fight for her and try to get her back’ if she tried to leave him, the report shows. Two weeks after their first encounter in dark room, the 44-year-old Szmuc sent 13-year-old boy a message inviting him to her home, where she performed sex acts on boy before she ‘began having sexual intercourse with him’, the report states.
A similar incident happened a second time in the same apartment, the report shows. The boy said he later told Szmuc he was tired of her demands and wanted to stop the relationship. While he participated in an after-school activity at a nearby facility, he said Szmuc would show up and “stare at him, making him feel uncomfortable.”

After her prison term Szmuc will serve 10 years of sex offender probation. She was ordered to have no contact “whatsoever” with the victim.

This was not the only case where Lori Szmuc has faced similar allegations of inappropriate behaviour before. About nine months ago, she was questioned in Osceola County after a mother a teen boy came forward saying she had inappropriately touched her son. On this occasion, the victim said Szmuc touched him with a flat hand on his stomach and groin area during a sleepover at her home.

She was not charged as there was no evidence to prove it.

In another allegation, detectives said Szmuc brought a teenager to a motel and bought him a cell phone to communicate with her.

She was never charged because detectives said they couldn’t prove that anything criminal occurred between the two and the teenage victim changed his story several times.

Woman to plead guilty to 2 felony counts of sex with underage boys

A 42-year-old Cloverdale woman, arrested Oct. 4 on charges she had sexual contact with as many as five teenage boys, has pleaded guilty to two felony counts of sexual misconduct with a minor.

Kristina Renner has agreed to a plea agreement with the Putnam County Prosecutor’s Office in which she will enter a guilty plea to two of the counts as Class D felonies, which are lesser included offenses of the original counts.

In return for the guilty pleas, the three remaining counts filed against Renner will be dismissed, according to documents filed this week in Putnam Circuit Court. Renner will face a 1 p.m. April 26 sentencing hearing before Judge Matthew L. Headley in Putnam Circuit Court.

With her sentence open to argument, according to the plea agreement, Renner could receive a sentence ranging from no additional time served to six years in prison after pleading guilty to two Class D felonies.

Putnam County Prosecutor Tim Bookwalter recommends that the court accept the plea agreement, in part, because a trial would be an unnecessary burden on taxpayers’ money and the court’s time, documents indicate.

Renner, who originally pleaded not guilty to all charges during her initial appearance in court Oct. 6, is represented by Indianapolis attorney Steven Barry Geller. She bonded out of the Putnam County Jail on Oct. 17 by posting $2,000 cash bond.

The Cloverdale woman had been booked in on five counts stemming from reported incidents with teenage boys that allegedly occurred during 2003 and 2004. She was originally charged with:

– Two counts of sexual misconduct with a minor, a Class B felony, regarding sexual intercourse and/or deviate conduct with a child at least 14 years old but less than 16.

– One count of child seduction, a Class C felony, involving fondling or touching the genitals of a male at least 14 but less than 16 with the intent to arouse or satisfy the sexual desires of the child or defendant.

– One count of child solicitation, a Class D felony, involving solicitation of a child age 14 or 15 to engage in sexual activity.

– One count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, a Class A misdemeanor involving knowingly or intentionally aiding or inducing a person less than 18 years old to commit an act of delinquency. She was specifically charged with inducing the boys to smoke marijuana and consume alcohol.

While the alleged acts occurred seven or eight years ago, the illicit activity came to light after one of the boys came forward with information late in 2010, Prosecutor Bookwalter said last fall.

That boy’s recollections of the incidents led authorities to the other boys, all reportedly his friends, who subsequently cooperated in the investigation.

At the time of the alleged encounters, the boys ranged in age from 14 to 17, court records indicate, while the suspect was 33 or 34 years old. The boys are now all age 21 or older.

Woman avoids jail time for sexually assaulting boys, 11 and 12, in the 80s

James Hoekstra hates child molesters, so much so that he is making a movie where his cat tells him to kill them. But when facing his own sexual abuser in an Ottawa courtroom Tuesday, the 42-year-old actor accepted F. Desormeauxs tearful apology and expressed no anger that the former elementary school social worker and OC Transpo bus driver wouldnt spend a single day in jail for indecently assaulting him.

Desormeaux, 52, admitted to sexually abusing Hoekstra over a five-year period beginning when he was 11 along with another 12-year-old boy in the 1980s when she was employed at the Child Study Centre at the University of Ottawa, a school run by the Ottawa Board of Education and Ecole M.F. McHugh School.

Court heard Desormeaux would socialize with the two boys outside of school, taking them on camping trips, out for dinner and to movies or rock concerts.

Desormeaux repeatedly engaged in oral sex with the boy before having sexual intercourse with him as many as a dozen times over a two-year period.

On one occasion Desormeaux brought that victim and a friend home with her following a Bon Jovi and Cinderella concert in July 1987, having sex with the boy before doing the same with his friend.

Hoekstra also remembered receiving oral sex from Desormeaux as they watched TV shows Simon and Simon and Magnum P.I.

Another time, the two had been watching the Alex Trebek game show Pitfall when Desormeaux performed oral sex on him at her mothers house. Desormeaux broke down in tears when he refused to have sexual intercourse with her.

Desormeaux cried again Tuesday, this time weeping as she apologized to Hoekstra for the harm she had caused.

Desormeaux said she would always live with the “guilt and disgust of what she had done. That girl doesnt exist anymore, she said through tears before being sentenced to an 18-month conditional sentence to be served in the community, including 12 months of house arrest.

Thanks Fran, thats going to help me move forward, said Hoekstra, who took the unusual step of asking the judge to lift a publication ban that would normally prevent the reporting of his name. Hoekstra said he asked the publication ban be lifted because he felt sex abuse victims shouldnt have to feel ashamed.

I felt sorry for her, said Hoekstra outside of court. “The fact she is taking responsibility I think is important,he said. Jail isnt going to do anything for me. Hoekstra said he was happy women are finally be recognized as abusers. For years, people told me to get over it, its OK, he said, calling abuse by anyone male or female ” the most heinous thing that can happen.

Desormeauxâs second victim didnt seem to share Hoekstras sympathies for Desormeaux. He stormed out of the courtroom as Desormeauxs lawyer Vince Clifford shared the results of a psychiatric report that found Desormeaux was an extremely low risk to reoffend. I dont want to sit here and listen to this crap, the now 38-year-old man said loudly. By the end of the year Im going to own your house,he said to Desormeaux before leaving.

Murdered lawyer was friends with accused

One of the four people charged with the arson murder of Illawarra solicitor Katie Foreman was once a friend and well known to the victim’s family. Wendy Anne Evans, 39, sat directly across from Ms Foreman’s parents during her first court appearance on Wednesday but looked away during the brief proceedings.

Ms Foreman’s body was discovered upstairs in her Corrimal home after firefighters were called to a blaze in the early hours of October 27. Police say accelerant was found throughout the burnt-out house.

“Detectives will allege that the fire was deliberately lit, that it was planned and that money was paid for the fire to occur,” Detective Superintendent Michael Willing, Homicide Squad Commander, told AAP. After months of investigating, two men and two women were arrested during simultaneous raids at homes in the Illawarra and western Sydney about 7am (AEDT) on Wednesday.

Police allege that a man and a woman arrested in the Illawarra area masterminded the deadly fire. “We’re alleging that (those) two persons paid a sum of money to the two persons in the western Sydney area,” Det Supt Willing said.

He said a previous relationship existed between the two groups, and the pair in the Illawarra knew Ms Foreman socially and as a legal practitioner. Police allege that they paid a small amount of money to have the fire started. Evans was arrested at Lake Heights and appeared in Wollongong Local Court on Wednesday.

She was charged with murder and damaging property with intention of endangering life. Evans entered the dock wearing a black tracksuit and white joggers and avoided looking at Ms Foreman’s family, who were seated across from her. Evans was supported by a number of her family who were seated across the courtroom by one of the bailiffs.

During the brief appearance, she did not apply for bail, which was formally refused. She is due to appear in the same court on February 8.

Outside court, Ms Foreman’s friend and colleague, Helen Volk, president of the Wollongong and District Law Society, said her family were keen to see a resolution.

“I think the accused is not unknown to her family so you can imagine it’s shocking,” Ms Volk told reporters.

She said the local legal community was devastated over Ms Foreman’s death.

“Katie was a very valued member of our profession,” Ms Volk said.

“She was our friend. She was an officer of the court and she did a great job with that.”

Ms Foreman practised family law and criminal law and the Law Society has created a scholarship in her name for prospective recipients attending Wollongong University.

Two of Evans’ co-accused appeared in Mount Druitt Local Court on Wednesday.

Bernard Spicer, 30, and Michelle Proud, 27, were arrested at Whalan, in Sydney’s west.

The pair declined to appear in court and did not apply for bail, which was formally refused.

Proud’s matter will come before Wollongong Local Court on January 11 and Spicer’s matter will come before the same court on February 28.

Late on Wednesday afternoon a 39-year-old man from Woonona was charged with murder and damaging property with intention of endangering life.

He was refused bail to face Wollongong Local Court on Thursday.

Police said the autopsy determined that Ms Foreman died from smoke inhalation but would not divulge if she had been subdued prior to her death. When asked if all four of the accused were present when the fire started, Det Supt Willing said police will allege that “all four were involved in the murder itself”.
